The following documents should be submitted when applying for Bangladesh visa:

• One visa application form is to be filled out by the applicant, download
• 2 (two) photographs (40 mm x 50 mm) of each applicant, taken within the last six months
• Valid passport of the applicant.
• Flight itinerary and hotel reservations / invitation letter
• Copy of Permanent Residents ID Card (for Non-Canadian)
